We are distributed around the world, with the main office located in Bali, Indonesia. We are working from Indonesia, Thailand, Poland, Spain, and Kazakhstan.

User Management

- root login is disabled on all of our servers

- team members can only connect using ssh keys

- nodes run as a non-root user without sudo privileges

- we use Free IPA to manage users and groups on our servers

Network Security

- all servers are behind a firewall (ufw), only necessary ports are open

- fail2ban configured to block malicious login attempts

- we use a port other than 22 to connect to servers via ssh

Key Management

- we do not store validator(wallet) keys on the server

- validator keys backups are stored encrypted in secure storage

- we use the HSM (Harware Security Module) for mainnet networks

Before making a decision on a governance proposal, we discuss it within our team. For the most important proposals, we engage with our community and listen to the opinions of our delegators. Despite the large number of networks we validate, our custom-developed bots help us promptly learn about new votes and ensure we don't miss any proposals.
