We are a team of two experienced DevOps engineers from Latvia, each with over 10 years in IT infrastructure management. Since 2021, we’ve been applying our expertise to blockchain networks, mainly focusing on Cosmos-based chains and leveraging automation to efficiently manage multiple nodes with high availability and security.

We use a mix of bare metal and virtualized systems based on their specific needs. Nodes get deployed through prepared orchestration tooling. Security best practices are part of our approach, including regular system updates, user access control restrictions, and limiting access to key material. For monitoring and alerting, we rely on industry-standard tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Tenderduty.

We believe involvement in governance processes and voting to be an important part of validator operations. Due to the small team size, each individual proposal is evaluated on an case-by-case basis. We look at the proposal content, further considering its rationale as well as our believed benefit to the project.
