Ebunker, a pioneering non-custodial ETH staking service provider, offers Staking as a Service (StaaS) and Validator as a Service (VaaS). We have set up backup nodes using different services in multiple regions to ensure the smooth operation of node programs. Additionally, Ebunker has developed real-time alerting programs for nodes to promptly notify any anomalies and address them immediately.
Specific security settings are as follows:
1. We encrypt node keys using RSA encrypted for secure storage.
2. We restrict access to node networks via VPN and limit server login using jump hosts.
3. Encrypt node keys with multi-party encryption for backup, store them on physical storage devices, and keep them in specific locations.
4. We have developed a comprehensive data monitoring system and regularly update it to monitor real-time values such as block height, effectiveness, and peers for nodes, enabling prompt detection of anomalies.
5. A complete alerting system has been developed to notify responsible personnel of any abnormalities through phone calls, messages, DingTalk, etc., triggering alerts in a timely manner for further investigation and resolution.
Ebunker actively participates in community voting on multiple projects, making voting decisions with the main purpose of maintaining on-chain security.
