The minimum sum you can stake is 1 NOW. The maximum amount for which we grant the rewards is 100,000 NOW. If you stake more, you will only be rewarded for 100,000.

ChangeNOW distributes you the rewards every week — on Wednesdays at 12 UTC.

The Now Token is deployed on the Ethereum and Binance Blockchain. The Staking Mechanism is deployed on the Binance Blockchain. There is a smart contract risk and a counterparty risk to trust ChangeNOW in proceedings to continuously filling up the Reward Pool.

To start staking, you need to freeze a certain amount of tokens into the network. To get a reward for staking tokens, you need to have at least 10 NOW tokens frozen. The reward is granted to all stakeholders on a weekly basis. The reward calculation process is automated, so just be sure that you have the desired amount of tokens staked and do not unfreeze them during the week.

2. Click the “Stake it NOW” button. You will be offered a number of tools — today, it’s BEPTools and Guarda Wallet (with instructions for staking provided).
3. Follow the provided instructions for each staking method.
4. Congratulations! You have just started staking your NOW.

The longer your hold the stake, the bigger your reward will be! You can whenever increase the staking amount without loosing a multiplier

• Stake 6m – 12m: 25% annualized

Every 1,500,000 NOW distributed as a staking reward, the token reward halving occurs, reducing the inflation and increasing demand!

You can check in our Metrics Tab how many rewards have been distributed so far in total.

You can unfreeze your NOW Tokens at any time. If you decide so, the best time to do this is Wednesday after 12.00 UTC — because if you withdraw before this time, we won’t be able to grant you the reward for the past week. The Unfreeze transaction costs 0.005 BNB.
