We have three levels of monitoring.
The first one – is the monitoring of hosting providers.
The second one – is hardware and software monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana visualization.
The third level – is blockchain monitoring.
In case of an issue with servers, notifications will go as follows.
Firstly, we will receive email notifications.
Secondly, we will have a telegram notification from Grafana.
And lastly, from our blockchain checking bot.
Team
We have been working since November 2020 with 99% uptime. Over two years, we expanded our list of supported networks from 1 to 45 and became 4th in Validator by the number of supported chains.
