P-OPS Team currently consults several projects, such as Celestia, Nolus, Aleph Zero, and others, while they did so for others in the past, such as Axelar and Harmony.
Toolings (monitoring, node setup)
P-OPS Team offers node setup and monitoring tools, available for certain networks.
Infrastructure support (RPC endpoints, explorers, faucets)
P-OPS Team offers RPC/API/gRPC endpoints for projects. Currently, they run 2 faucets for Celestia's devnet (Arabica) and testnet (Mocha), available on Celestia Discord.
P-OPS Team is making technical guides and other articles for the projects they work with.
Compliance & Security
Our infrastructure consists of bare metal servers located in several data centers for maximum efficiency and availability. We use active-active or active-passive backups that are located in a different region and data center than the primary server. Access to these servers is limited with MFA authentication methods as well as IP whitelists, fail2ban, firewalls etc. For sensitive information we use the best security solutions available to protect from any data leaks or other security compromises.
We use proven monitoring solutions together with our in house built custom monitoring, to cover all areas from consensus metrics, app specific metrics, hardware metrics and security info, such as unauthorized login attempts. Since our team is worldwide, we also cover all time zones which strengthens our security with manual checks.
Team
With a combined 40+ years of experience in blockchain, P-OPS Team has come to light in early 2019 as a community initiative around Harmony protocol. Since then, we have become an extended team of Harmony whilst expanding our services to other networks and projects.
