What is Moonstake?

Moonstake is a self-custodial solution with an easy staking interface for top cryptocurrencies, as well as a vault to safekeep coins, tokens, and NFTs. The Moonstake Wallet is available on both web and mobile platforms, and is amongst the world’s top 10 most popular staking providers with over $1.5 billion in crypto assets of Total Value Staked by global users at our highest peak. With a seasoned development team, strong partnership network, and expert advisors, we aim to be the largest staking pool network in Asia by providing an active environment for asset holders.

Aside from our user-oriented staking platform, we also provide solutions for businesses including staking pool as a service, node as a service, and enterprise wallet. In October 2020, Moonstake successfully raised over $1.04 million in a seed round to enhance our offering of wallets and staking solutions, while also expanding the products and services for businesses that we have been promoting including DeFi.

The Moonstake development team of 50 members is proficient in Java, Solidity, Haskell, C++, VueJS (Moonstake frontend), NodeJS (Moonstake backend), and React Native (Moonstake mobile) as well. Our team consists of professionals with international influence in the blockchain space and well recognized industry experts from key projects on the market with global connections to coin and token issuers, who support Moonstake’s development in various fields such as business, technical, and marketing.

We have operated as a validator for the following networks: Cardano (ADA), Tezos (XTZ), Cosmos (ATOM), Ontology (ONT), QTUM (QTUM). IRISnet (IRIS), Harmony (ONE), IOST, ORBS, TRON, Centrality (CENNZ), FIO, Everscale (EVER), Oasis (ROSE).

What is your Infrastructure Security Setup?

Safely participate in staking pools while managing your own private keys. Moonstake supports two-factor authentication (2FA), secure 12-word passphrase, and separate passwords for staking and logging in to give users the highest level of security without sacrificing ease of use and convenience. Our Moonstake validators are set up in AWS in private subnets, only allowed to be connected by limited ports which are protected by the security group.

How do you handle Governance Decisions?

Moonstake has made partnership with more than 10 public blockchains and working very closely with them.
