I have set up a private chat with my delegators to facilitate discussions concerning Harmony governance proposals. Members are polled to gauge the direction they would like me to vote with decentralization/community governance as utmost importance to the blockchain.

Currently we run our infrastructure to scale on Digital Ocean as needed on Premium CPUs and SSD drives.

Security wise, our systems are locked down to only IPs that need access to any open ports along with defense and monitoring and detection.
