The main goal of NodeOne is to build a dedicated community of enthusiasts whos members do not only want to stake on NodeOnes Validators but also decide on NodeOne’s operations, like which chain to join next and what percentage the commission will be. That being said the only monetary goal is to be able to pay the infrastructure.
Furthermore we aim to be as transparent as possible to our community.

Our community is our team. But to be more specific about the two persons running NodeOne currently. One is a true blockchain believer and operations engineer and the other one is a cloud DevOps engineer at one of the biggest telecommunication companies in the world.

The community will decide on how to handle governance decisions.

Infrastructure and Security Setup will always be adjusted according to the risk of each project. Furthermore all changes will be discussed in the community to get the best risk/reward ratio the community commits to.
