Fuse launched in 2019 with an initial token distribution of 300 Million FUSE (Plus 5% block rewards per year). They raised $600,000 USD from a token sale on October 24th, 2020 at a price of (1 FUSE = 0.06 USD).

Staking FUSE can easily be done using Metamask on the staking.fuse.io website.
Once you are on the Fuse network and on the staking webpage you can choose a validator to delegate with. The APY is very high and fees to transact are very low making for a great opportunity.
Check out our Step-by-Step Tutorial on How to Stake FUSE.
With current network parameters you can expect to earn around an 18.19% APY by staking FUSE.
For more information and to estimate your staking rewards please visit the FUSE Staking Rewards Asset Page here.
Be sure to monitor the percent of total network staked as this number will affect how much rewards you will earn.
The risks to staking FUSE are relatively low.
There is no minimum required amount to stake and the lockup period when unstaking is at a maximum 1 epoch/cycle (2 days) depending on what point in the current epoch you are unstaking.
You want to make sure that when staking on the Fuse Network you are using native FUSE tokens and not the ERC20 version that was used to bootstrap the network.
