The initial OGN staking program offers three staking periods and respective yields:

• 30-day staking period: Earn 7.5% annualized interest
• 90-day staking period: Earn 12.5% annualized interest
• 365-day staking period: Earn 25% annualized interest

Within the staking period, funds are not transferrable. Rewards are withdrawable after the respective staking period and thus no compounding does apply.

The OGN staking program smart contract has been reviewed by both the Origin Protocol core engineering team and Solidified, a respected smart contract auditing firm.

Origin Protocol has launched a staking contract in which users can stake OGN and earn rewards in return for locking up tokens for a certain staking period.
